Whole objects dissolve.
 
Repeated returns,
To sit close with the subject,
Creating intimacy.
 
A prolonged vigil,
Quiet sits right by my side,
Dinmont peace.
 
Immersive and deep,
Vagus nerve begins to calm,
Grounding raw energy.
 
Holding tight to them,
My last two packs of rare film,
Expired and fading.
 
Scarcity and time,
Chemical pods pulled apart,
Manifesting loss.
 
Death and heavy weights,
An alchemical filter.
 
Visual narratives bind,
The weight dissolves.
 
The return of innocence.
